Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry

Contract Details

Length: 7 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Start Date: January 12 only
Orientation: Biweekly

Requirements

Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam (85% passing score, one attempt only)
Current AHA BLS Certification
ACLS AHA Certification required
Knowledge of Critical Paths
Charge Nurse experience preferred
No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility)

Additional Information

Flu vaccination required during compliance
Pass/fail ECG/Telemetry and Medications tests administered via Zoom prior to assignment
Testing must be completed within 48 hours of offer; no retakes allowed
Nurses will be expected to float to like units and overflow areas
Professional developmental activities must be documented
All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be submitted at time of application
