Radiology / Cardiology Travel/Contract Position
Location: Clinton, South Carolina
Job Details
- Schedule:
- Thursday and Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM at one hospital
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM at another hospital
- Split position between two facilities
- Scrub Color: Hunter Green
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience required
- Licenses & Certifications:
- ARRT MR (Magnetic Resonance)
- ARRT R (Radiography)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- State licensure
- Work Settings:
- Adult Acute Care
- Adult ICU
- Adult Outpatient
- ER/Trauma
- Equipment Experience:
- Philips and Siemens imaging equipment
Compliance & Documentation Requirements
Background Checks
- 7-year background check within 12 months of start
- Must include SS trace, all aliases, state and county searches for all places lived/worked in last 7 years
- Federal searches required for certain care types
- International searches if candidate lived/worked outside US in last 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and every 30 days thereafter
- Fingerprinting required for certain professionals without 12-month residency proof
- Education verification of highest level required (diplomas not accepted as placeholders)
- OFAC Sanctions List search required for all new/pre candidates
Certifications (Must be current and valid, no expiration within 30 days of start)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - if applicable
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - if applicable
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - required for ER/ED and Pediatric ER
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) - as applicable
- Tech Certification (National) - must be current
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement (HIPAA, OSHA/TJC training)
- STABLE (for L&D and NICU RNs)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) - required for ER and Pediatric ER
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) - required for RNs, Electrophysiology Techs, Monitor Techs
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) - required for ER/ED, Pediatric ER, Behavioral Health
- State License Verification (Primary Source)
- NURSYS Verification for RN, LPN/LVN, AP licenses
- IV Certification for LPN/LVN candidates
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or equivalent for ER/ED, Pediatric ER, Behavioral Health
Competencies & Exams
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (annual)
- Color Blind Testing (for ED, Pediatric ER nurses, MLTs/MLSs)
- Core Parts I, II, III (annual compliance training)
Facility Specific Documents
- Badge photo (passport style, specific background and no obstructions)
- Contractor Acknowledgment (annual)
- Online Cornerstone Modules (must be completed within 72 hours of assignment)
- Pass/Fail Testing Information (time sensitive, must be completed pre-start)
- Floating Policy (annual)
- Registration forms for ENPC and TNCC (if applicable)
- Education Attestation if school closed or verification pending
Health Documents
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must attest ability to meet physical demands)
- Respirator Fit Test (completed onsite during orientation)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine (required for high-risk areas)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start (True 2-step PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or Tspot)
- Annual TB Questionnaire
- Immunizations or positive titers for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (vaccination series, positive titer, or signed declination)
- Varicella
- Drug Testing: 5-panel drug screen within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required by deadlines (not required for 100% remote)
