Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (Pain Treatment Center Support)
Job Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start time may vary between 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays (except holidays)
Job Description
- Assist pain doctors with fluoroscopic imaging of the spine and other joints.
- Perform OR, ER, and bedside imaging as required.
- Set up and break down kits and medications used for pain injections.
- Use and have good knowledge of C-arms and specific pain injection procedures commonly performed in pain treatment centers.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical training in Medical Radiography.
- Licensed MA RadTech-Radiography.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Advanced technical computer skills relevant to the functional area and related systems.
Additional Information
- No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility).
- Travelers who have worked for this health system in any capacity within the last 6 months are not eligible.
- Parking may cost up to $43/day.
- Interview required prior to acceptance.
- All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be presented at time of submission.
