Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery

Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adult lifespan.
Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize nursing care.
Support a midwife-led, low-intervention approach to pregnancy care emphasizing natural birth experiences.
Work environment includes a broad range of medical resources if needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience (Required)
Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience (Required)
Epic EMR experience
ACLS certification
AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years (Preferred)
BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications (Required)
New Hampshire nursing license (Compact allowed)
Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
No block scheduling or schedule accommodations allowed
Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at time of application; no more than 5 days allowed
All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance

Additional Notes

No concurrent permanent or travel assignments allowed with this contract.
Scheduling requests after offer acceptance will not be approved and may result in rescinded offers.
Profile submission must include cover page (if available), work history, and current licenses/certifications (Nursys, BLS, NRP).
