Travel Medical-Surgical (Telemetry) RN Opportunity

Unit & Patient Care Details

• Assignment on M5/McClure 5: Neurosurgical & surgical unit
• Schedule includes a minimum of every other weekend or adjusted as needed for unit and patient care
• Required to work 2 out of 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day
• Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, no block schedules

Requirements

• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of unit experience in a similar setting
• Experience in a large, teaching hospital required
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS (NIHSS must be completed prior to start)
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and non-negotiable

Additional Information

• IVS (Incentive Vacation Shift) available to offer
• Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Complete work history required including bed count, EMR, and facility type
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended due to lack of public transportation
• Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November through April
