Echo Technician - Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
On Call: Yes, call rotations on nights and weekends
Weekends: Call only

• Must be ARDMS (or equivalent) registered
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required

Required Credentials and Certifications for Onboarding

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines plus booster or completed declination
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity

• Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity

• Prime SAM/EPLS: Must search "Excluded Individual" list with visible date
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)
• Prime Specialty Exam: Must score 80% or higher
• Prime Facility Documents
• DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) Certification
• Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start
