Respiratory Therapist Travel Assignment
Location: Not specified (facility within 50 miles residency restriction applies)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Respiratory Therapist
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
- License & Certification Requirements:
- Respiratory Therapist License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- BLS certification
- Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend
- 2 call shifts per rotation
- Holiday commitment required
- Work Hours Guarantee: 72 hours biweekly (guaranteed hours do not include on-call time)
- On-Call: Must be available to work on-call as necessary
- Experience Requirements:
- Critical care experience required
- Level 1 and teaching hospital experience required
- EMR System: EPIC
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
- Residency Restriction: No local travelers accepted (cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility)
- Previous Employment Restriction: Travelers who have worked for this health system as permanent, travel, or per diem staff within the last 6 months are not eligible; must have a 6-month separation
- Additional Notes:
- BILH coversheet required at time of submission
- All requests for time off (RTO) must be presented at time of submission
- Parking may cost up to $43/day
