Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona

Patient Population & Setting
- Treats 8-10 patients per day
- Common diagnoses: General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, falls
- Settings: Acute Inpatient and Outpatient
Work Schedule
- Typical shifts: 8 hours, hours may vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
- Weekend requirements: To be specified
- Holiday work: Not required
Orientation & Training
- Department-specific orientation provided, including environment, processes, and EMR training
Additional Information
- Rehab aides (PTAs) available
- Dress code currently not enforced but may change
