Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Technician (Travel)
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
- Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
- Follow Standard Precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.

- Hepatitis B: Documentation of vaccination series completion or signed declination.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted but mask required.
- TB Screening: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within one year, and annual TB questionnaire.
- Fit Test: Required annually; preferred prior to start.
- 12 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually.
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others within 30 days prior to start.
- EPLS check within 90 days prior to start.
- Education verification relevant to clinical work within 90 days prior to start.
- Employment verification for past seven years.
- Driver’s License/State ID (valid, matching address requirements).
- Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
- Various onboarding attestations and checklists specific to the healthcare system.
