ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN Opportunity

Location: Americus, Georgia
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Details

Position: CCU/ICU Registered Nurse
Patient Ratio: 1:2
EMR System: Upgraded mouse-driven version of Meditech
Tele/Monitor Techs available on unit
Respiratory Therapists manage ventilators
Common Drips: Levophed, Diprivan, Epi, Cardizem, Dopamine
Hospitalist or Intensivist available in-house 24/7
May float to other units within acute care division (Emergency Care or Acute Care) if competent
Common Diagnoses: Sepsis, Pneumonia, COPD, CHF, Pulmonary Embolism

Requirements

Licensure: Georgia RN license or eNLC Compact Multistate RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Specialty Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 1 year ICU experience (standard for ICU roles)
Prior travel experience: Not required or specified
