Travel RN ICU Job - Jacksonville, Florida

Position Details

  • Schedule: Every other weekend required
  • Holiday Requirement: Work any holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled shift

  • Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding (onsite)
  • Ascension Nova StatStrip training
  • Ascension Cerner Test-Out
  • Ascension Skills Checklist (clinical, updated annually)
  • Ascension Profile (resume or professional profile)
  • Ascension 2 Professional References (at least two)
  • Ascension Criminal Background Check (including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender; updated annually)
  • Ascension EPLS check (updated annually)
  • Ascension Education Verification (within 90 days of start)
  • Ascension Confirmation of Assignment (agency letterhead documentation)
  • Ascension Employment Verification (past 7 years, updated annually)
  • Ascension Badge Photo (headshot with white or blue background, no alterations)
