Description

Physical Therapy - Outpatient Position

Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Certifications

  • BLS Certification
  • CPR

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year outpatient (OP) experience
  • EMR experience required

Patient Population & Caseload

  • Treats 8-10 patients per day
  • Common diagnoses: General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, falls
  • Large geriatric population

Work Setting

  • Outpatient, single location

Schedule & Shifts

  • Typical shifts: 8 hours, between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
  • No weekend or holiday requirements

Orientation & Training

  • Department-specific orientation including environment, processes, and EMR
  • Orientation includes 10-hour days

Additional Information

  • Radius rule: Candidates must be located within 50 miles
  • Candidates may not have been full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year
  • Dress code: Burgundy scrubs (top and bottom) or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants

  • Rehab aides available: PTAs and Rehab Techs
