Description

Physical Therapy - Outpatient Position

Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Certifications

BLS Certification
CPR

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year outpatient (OP) experience
EMR experience required

Patient Population & Caseload

Treats 8-10 patients per day
Common diagnoses: General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, falls
Large geriatric population

Work Setting

Outpatient, single location

Schedule & Shifts

Typical shifts: 8 hours, between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
No weekend or holiday requirements

Orientation & Training

Department-specific orientation including environment, processes, and EMR
Orientation includes 10-hour days

Additional Information

Radius rule: Candidates must be located within 50 miles
Candidates may not have been full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year
Dress code: Burgundy scrubs (top and bottom) or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants
