• Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start; marijuana testing is prohibited per New York state regulations
• Resume: Complete employment and education history for last 7 years required
• Professional References: Two references required (one supervisor within last 12 months, one supervisor or peer within last 3 years)
• Employment Verification: Verification of most recent employer required (agency verification accepted)
