Job Opportunity: RN PCU (Progressive Care Unit) - Night Shift
Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Night (1900-0730)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later). Titers not accepted.
- Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption required for flu season 10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025 and 10/1/2025 - 4/30/2026. Declination not accepted for CA or IL.
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required. Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year (for MI, IN, CT, MA) or within 5 years for other regions.
- Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer required.
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
- Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days). Must include specific substances; no THC allowed.
Professional and Compliance Requirements
- Resume and References: Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references required for submission.
- Confidentiality Agreement: Must sign confidentiality and proprietary information agreement.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Required.
- Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, and county checks covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
- Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified by third party screening.
- Exclusion Lists (EPLS, GSA/OIG): Must provide scanned reports dated within past 30 days.
- Integrity and Audit Services Form: Signed within days prior to start.
- Joint Commission Testing: CORE exam within the last year.
