Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care
Location: San Francisco, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Job Description
- Provide registered nursing care in an ambulatory HIV primary care and urgent care setting.
- Deliver direct patient care and coordinate care for complex and high-risk patients.
- Provide education and coaching to patients.
- Support medication management and harm-reduction–based care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement activities.
Schedule & Contract Length
- 8-hour day shifts
- 13 weeks contract (possibility to extend)
Requirements
- California RN License
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 6 months ambulatory nursing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Experience with HIV and/or substance use disorder populations
Preferred Qualifications
- HIV/AIDS Certified RN (ACRN)
Specialty Experience Required
- 0.5 years (6 months) ambulatory nursing experience
