Job Opportunity: Temp Technologist - X-Ray (Nights)
Location: Glens Falls, New York
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of current X-Ray experience (required)
- Operating room experience (strongly preferred)
- Prior travel experience (strongly preferred)
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist license
- ARRT (R) certification required
- EPIC EMR experience (required)
- BLS certification required
- Must pass a 14-panel drug screen including:
- Amphetamines (methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA)
- Barbiturates
- Benzodiazepines
- Cocaine Metabolite
- Opiates (codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone)
- Phencyclidine
- Methadone
- Methaqualone
- Propoxyphene
- Buprenorphine
- 6-Acetylmorphine
- Completion of verbal de-escalation training from approved providers (Welle or CPI) required for onboarding
- Profile must include:
- Work history
- Skills checklist (updated within 1 year)
- One supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years
- Current licenses and certifications uploaded
- Permanent address matching driver license/state ID (address will be validated)
Additional Information
- Requested time off during the assignment must be submitted and approved before profile upload; no more than 5 days of time off will be accepted
- Orientation includes 8 hours of non-billable overtime
- Holiday multiplier applies
- Travelers from certain New York counties (Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington) are not eligible for this assignment

Summary
This is a temporary night shift technologist position requiring a minimum of 3 years of X-Ray experience, New York state licensure, ARRT certification, and EPIC EMR proficiency. Prior travel experience and operating room experience are strongly preferred. Compliance with drug screening, training, and documentation requirements is mandatory.
