Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN Medical/Surgical)
Location: Elmira, New York

- Physical/Health Statement: Must be from within last 12 months; includes vitals, Snellen eye chart, and statement of no restrictions
Professional Requirements
- Arnot Skills Checklist: Must be completed for the assigned unit and updated annually
- Arnot Core Competency Exam: Must score 80% or higher on Core Competency I, II, and III for RNs
- Driver’s License/State ID: Valid, unexpired US driver’s license or ID required
- Agency Background Check: Must be completed within 30 days of start, including SSN trace, county and national criminal checks
- Agency Drug Screen: 9+ panel drug screen required, covering a broad range of substances
- Resume: Complete employment history for last 7 years, education details, and dates in MM/YY format
- Professional References: Two references required (one supervisor within last 12 months, one supervisor or peer within last 3 years)
- Employment Verification: Verification of most recent employer required
- Job Description: Signed and dated acknowledgment required
- Additional Facility-Specific Documentation: Includes personal information form, code of conduct, confirmation of assignment, self-study packet and quiz, sexual harassment acknowledgment, parking registration form, and multiple background checks
