• Skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually.
• Education verification within 90 days of start; official transcripts required if verification fails.
• Confirmation of assignment documentation on agency letterhead with accurate dates.
• Employment verification for past seven years; updated annually or after breaks in service.
• Badge photo with white or blue background, no alterations or filters.
