Description

Job Opportunity: Mammography Technologist (Temp)

Location: Detroit, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Assist in breast biopsy procedures including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms.
Instruct and position patients to obtain diagnostic quality radiographs.
Ensure work area meets safety, equipment supply, and cleanliness standards.
Manually enter data to prepare for dictation and billing.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Attendance policy: 1 unscheduled absence and 2 tardies allowed during the 13-week contract; exceeding this will result in immediate contract termination.

Requirements

Specialty: Mammography
Years of Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Mammography experience required
Certifications: ARRT (M) Certification required
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
