Job Details

• Telemetry nursing position requiring 36 or 48 hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Easter holiday coverage required

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

• Current RN license in Florida with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
• Must pass Ascension EKG Exam with a minimum score of 80% (updated every 3 years)
• Annual Fit Test (respirator mask fit testing)
• Required vaccinations and health documentation including:

  • MMR (two vaccines or positive titer, no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Influenza vaccine (seasonal, exemptions accepted with mask requirement)
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
  • Tdap vaccine (valid for 10 years, no declinations accepted)
  • TB screening: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within 1 year, and annual TB questionnaire
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA within 90 days of start
• Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
