Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights)

Location: New London, New Hampshire

Job Summary

• Provide collaborative care planning and implement nursing standards for individual patients.
• Patient ratio up to 6:1, supported by 2 LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor.
• EMR system used: EPIC.
• No block scheduling or 48-hour guaranteed time available.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at the time of application; no more than 5 days allowed.
• Local travelers are not eligible.
• Travel pairs considered only if working separate shifts.

Required Qualifications

• License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license (must be current and uploaded).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of current Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience.
• Charge Nurse Experience: Required.
• Certifications:

  • Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Skills:

  • EPIC EMR experience highly preferred.
  • Medical-Surgical skills checklist current within 1 year required.
• References: One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required.
• Other:

  • Must have own vehicle for this assignment.
  • Permanent address must be included in profile.
  • All scheduling requests and time off must be included at submission; no changes allowed after offer.
