Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) (Evenings)
Location: Casper, Wyoming
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room (ER) to provide high-quality care in a regional trauma and referral center serving multiple counties in Wyoming. The facility is a large hospital with multiple campuses and clinics, offering comprehensive heart, stroke, and trauma care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
- Active Wyoming or Compact RN license
- American Heart Association certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Flu vaccination (declinations accepted with proper documentation)
- Valid Driver’s License
- License verification must be clean with no hits at time of submission
- Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
- Skills checklist specific to Emergency Room discipline
- Resume detailing all facilities worked, including facility size, beds, trauma level, and units
- Must comply with specific background and compliance requirements
Additional Information
- Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week of assignment or during holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
- Travel experience is preferred but not required
- Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty
- Non-billable hours adjusted to 16 hours per assignment

- Candidates must be ready to accept and pre-closed for submission
- All shifts and departments the candidate is willing to work should be clearly indicated
- Vaccination status must be included in submission notes
