Description

Job Opportunity: CT/X-ray Technician (Radiology Technician)

Location: Dallas, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work night shifts: 7 PM to 7 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Perform radiologic procedures according to department protocols and regulatory standards (HFAP, TJC, CMS, State and Federal regulations)
Serve as the first line interface with patients/customers to meet imaging needs
Responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS
Use mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
Utilize Epic Charting System

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
Experience as a Radiology Technologist or Radiology Technician
ARRT certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Venipuncture certification
