Travel/Contract Registered Nurse (ICU) - Georgia, Cartersville

Job Details

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty (HARD STOP)
  • Unit accepts first-time travelers

Work Schedule

  • Weekend: Every other weekend
  • Call: None
  • Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
  • Holidays: If one major holiday falls during assignment, traveler expected to work it; if two, expected to work both; if three, expected to work two of the holidays
    Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, with ICU experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience working with Pediatric, Neonate, Infant, and Maternal-Fetal patients

Additional Notes

  • Locals accepted at same rate
  • Manager reviews candidate profile within 48 hours after confirmation to determine fit
  • Maximum Return to Orientation (RTO) period: 7 days
  • Floating assignments may be required within the facility and scope of practice
