Job Opportunity: Radiology Technician (Travel)
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Work Schedule
- Shift starts at 2:00 PM
- Options: 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week OR 5 shifts of 8 hours each per week
- Includes every other weekend (EOW) rotation
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Specialty: Radiology Technician
- Required years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for Radiology Tech roles (typically 1-2 years minimum)
Licensure & Certifications
- Must hold a valid Radiology Technician license for Michigan
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (American Heart Association)
- License/Certificate verification must be current and uploaded within 30 days of start
Health & Immunizations
- COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025), declination or exemption with agency letterhead (declination not accepted for CA or IL)
- MMR vaccination proof or primary source IgG titer
- Fit Test (specific to Iowa: 1860 mask only)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination (for flu seasons 10/1/2024-4/30/2025 and 10/1/2025-4/30/2026)
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB (within last year for Michigan)
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired); declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
- Physical/Health Statement from exam within last year
- Trinity Respirator Evaluation with physician signature (specific to some locations)
- Color Vision test
Drug Screening & Background Checks
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- Federal, nationwide, county criminal background check from last 7 years, including SSN verification (dated within 30 days of start)
- EPLS, OIG/GSA exclusion checks, NSO (National Sex Offender) check (MI requires statewide check as well)
- Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form signed prior to start
Professional Requirements
- Resume and skills checklist within the last year
- Two professional references
- Trinity Profile and various compliance forms (confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, I9)
- Specialty-specific competency testing and Joint Commission testing within the last year
- System access form completed one week before start
