Description

Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech

Location: Canton, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

1-2 years of experience required in Radiology / Cardiology specialty
ARRT (R) certification required
Must obtain Ohio state license prior to start
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Schedule: Every other weekend; no on-call required
Shift options: 5x8 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid X-Ray Technician license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of X-Ray Technician experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (R) certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

Fingerprinting must be completed under code 4723.09 (Nursing)
Candidates may start with fingerprinting results pending if fingerprinting is completed prior to start
Physical exam does not need annual update if there is no break in employment at the facility
Latex allergy notification required if applicable to ensure availability of latex-free gloves
Travelers with a break in employment longer than 6 months may need to repeat onboarding modules
Modules cannot be completed on a phone and must be completed fully (video and test) without skipping
Background checks and certain verifications are required monthly or annually as specified
