Description

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience within the last year
Experience in Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Skilled in use of Rapid Response Teams
Experienced in peripheral line care and management, including PICC and central lines
Competent in non-invasive airway management
Knowledgeable in isolation precautions
