Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) (Days)
Location: Batesville, Arkansas
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes. Provide physical and psychological support to patients while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Operating Room (OR) experience
- Ability to circulate in multiple specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular
- Experience with Pediatric to Geriatric patient populations
- Experience with MediTech EMR system
- Active Arkansas or Compact RN License (verified via Nursys)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years
- Skills checklist relevant to Operating Room, current within 1 year
Additional Information
- Dress code: Hospital-provided scrubs
- Unit size: 11 beds
- RN to patient ratio: 1:1
- Trauma level: III
Note: Applicants residing within 90 miles of the job location will not be reviewed; those between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but are less likely to be selected.
