Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed
Interpret and record measurements
Monitor patients' vitals and report adverse reactions to medications promptly

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license required for Oklahoma
Certifications relevant to Med Surg nursing are required (applicants without active copies may still be considered)

Additional Information

Orientation for nursing travelers starts on Thursdays
Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered with adjusted terms
On-call pay applies with a minimum of 1 hour
Non-compete policy: Former direct employees are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after direct employment ends
