Job Opportunity: Oncology RN

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 26 weeks


Job Description

  • Provide nursing care in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, and Telemetry units.
  • Preferred experience includes ICU night shift on every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH), working 48 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

Licensure

  • Must hold a valid, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Temporary licenses are not accepted.
  • Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.

Experience

  • Specialty: Oncology RN
  • Required years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard RN oncology experience expected. (No prior travel experience required.)

Certifications

  • BLS (American Heart Association) required for clinical positions.

Health and Immunizations

  • Ohio fingerprinting and background checks required based on residency duration in Ohio.
  • Drug screen within 60 days prior to start; 10-panel urine drug screen required (instant screens not accepted).
  • Submission packet required: Resume, 2 professional references (within last 2 years), job application, and employment history form.

Identification

  • Non-expired photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID) required.

Additional Requirements

  • Completion of required safety and compliance training modules prior to clearance; annual renewal required.
