Job Opportunity: Outpatient Clinic RN

Location: Ruidoso, New Mexico
Employment Type: Clinical - Nursing
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality professional nursing services in various outpatient clinic settings.
• Manage walk-in and telephone triage.
• Coordinate patient care through collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.
• Perform case management based on primary care provider panels, including nurse visits and telephone management in collaboration with network providers.
• Delegate or assign patient care tasks to healthcare team members based on their validated competencies.
• Maintain documentation within scope of practice.
• Work at two separate clinic locations within the area.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinic nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited academic nursing program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Additional Information

• This position requires working out of two separate clinic locations.
• No prior travel experience required.
