Pros
I was initially skeptical to even speak to Praveena due to all the previous nonproductive interactions from all these other companies. I was so tired of recruiters asking for all my personal info via text message and offering me positions that were either not in my specialty or no longer open. I was in Texas attending my daughter’s Air Force graduation when Praveena reached out to me. I had already spoken to 2 other recruiters that week so it was a miracle that I even picked up my phone. But I did, and I’m glad I did because we first spoke on Wednesday of that week. By Tuesday the following week, I signed my contract. Praveena was patient and took all my concerns seriously. She was prompt to respond and consistent with communication. Plus the company is located in the area that I live so that’s a bonus. I pray that I don’t have to work with anyone else because this is the level of professionalism I need to keep a cool head.
