Job Description
- Med/surg telemetry nurse on a 22-bed unit
- Patient mix includes Cardiac, Respiratory, Surgical, and Mental Health cases
Required Qualifications
License
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of New York
- State license verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start
Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
Experience
- Specialty: RN Telemetry I
- Required years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 1 year in telemetry nursing or med/surg telemetry setting (confirm with recruiter)

Health and Safety Requirements

- Agency background check within 30 days of start, including criminal and address trace reports
- 9+ panel drug screen within 30 days of start

- Passing score (80% or higher) on core competency exams for nursing
- Valid US driver’s license or state ID (not expired)
- Recent color headshot photo
- Employment verification and professional references required
- Signed job description and code of conduct acknowledgment
