Job Details

• Shift: 8 hours (08:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Work Setting: Outpatient

  • 3D Mammography
  • Diagnostic Mammography
  • Digital Mammography
  • Screening Mammography
• Equipment: GE
• Additional Experience Required: Ultrasound experience and at least 1 year of EPIC system experience
• Scrub Color: Black
• Note: First-time travelers are not accepted for this unit.

Required Qualifications

• Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification (current)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Current CPR certification
• Ultrasound experience, including Ultrasound Technologist experience
• Experience with Epic system

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of identity (Driver’s License/State ID)
• Background check (7-year history, including aliases and all states/counties lived/worked in) within 12 months of start
• E-Verify or attestation
• Education verification (highest level required)
• Physical exam within 1 year attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Drug screening within 1 year, updated annually
• Immunizations and health documents including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (if applicable)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
  • Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B documentation or declination
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption (not required for remote workers)
• Fit mask test to be completed onsite during orientation
• Photo for badge (passport style, light background, no obstructions)
• Completion of online orientation modules and pass/fail testing prior to start (approx. 12-16 hours)
• Medication and pharmacology competency exams, annual updates required
• Core competency training (Parts I, II, III) annually updated
• Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing (EKG/Medication) if applicable

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be able to provide all required mammography training and certifications prior to start.
• The unit requires ongoing compliance with annual training and competency exams.
• Candidates must be prepared to complete mandatory online modules and testing within specified timeframes before starting.
• Background checks and other compliance documents must be current and complete before assignment start.
• This position requires working onsite; remote work is not applicable.

This role is ideal for experienced Mammography Technologists with prior travel contract experience who meet the detailed certification and training requirements.
