Radiology Tech Travel Opportunity

Location: San Bernardino, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Radiology Tech for a travel contract position. The role involves performing a variety of imaging studies including X-Ray (portable and standard), CT with contrast, MRI/MRA, and fluoroscopy across different hospital areas such as inpatient and urgent care.

Work Schedule

Urgent care shifts: 12 hours (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
Hospital shifts: 8 hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Holidays: Scheduled as needed
Call: Weekday call required from end of shift to next morning, alternating with regular staff; weekend call rotates. Call hours from Friday 6:00 PM to Monday 6:00 AM with 30 minutes to 1 hour response time.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Radiology Tech experience
Active California Radiologic Technologist License (ARRT-R)
Fluoroscopy certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)

Additional Information

Imaging equipment includes Cerner EMR and Fuji equipment
Orientation typically 1-2 days depending on skillset
Radiology Techs wear teal scrubs
24/7 in-house hospitalist/intensivist coverage
24/7 Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy support available
