Description

Job Opportunity: Technologist - Cath Lab (Days)

Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours
Typical patient/scans per day: 4
Equipment used: Artis Zee C-arm, Impella, IABP, Acist Injector
Types of procedures: Peripheral and coronary angiography, PCI, pacemaker procedures
Scrubs provided (light blue)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 24 months of experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab
Prior travel experience required: Must have completed at least 1 travel contract in the past 12 months (no first-time travelers)
Experience with the following equipment is required:
- Artis Zee C-Arm
- Impella
- Maquet IABP
- Acist Injector
- iFR, IVUS
Proficient with fluoroscopy
Comfortable and proficient in:
- Peripheral and coronary angiography cases
- PCI and pacemaker procedures
Licensure:
- Iowa Radiology license required for contract (non-licensed applicants may apply but must obtain license upon offer acceptance)
- Certification required: ARRT (CI or CV discipline) or CCI - RCIS
Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Valid driver’s license
