Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location: Rochester, New York
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: April 14, 2026
Shift: 4x12 hour day/night rotation (1900-0700 / 0700-1900)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required
Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted
Local Radius Requirement: Must live more than 75 miles from the facility

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NRP certification
TNCC certification
EFM certification
National Tech Certification Verification
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
State License 1 Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

Floating between units is required
Candidates must be able to work a rotating schedule including nights and days
Prior travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are accepted
Locals must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify

This position is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses with MS/Tele specialty looking for a travel contract in New York with a 13-week commitment.
