Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: West Bloomfield, Michigan
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and patient/family teaching.
Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
Participate in identifying and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
Experience with Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) and Postpartum (PP) care is needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience in Postpartum care.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
