Job Opportunity: Radiology Tech/X-Ray Tech

Location: Detroit, Michigan
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Job Summary

Under general supervision, perform computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients. May also perform general diagnostic radiology examinations. Additional related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT), or registry-eligible
• Healthcare Provider certification (BLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician/X-Ray Tech with a focus on radiologic technology and CT
• Radiology Technician experience within the last year
• Experience working with Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma patients in Emergency Room (ER), Inpatient (IP), Outpatient (OP), or Operating Room (OR) settings
• Experience in Acute Care, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings
• CT Technologist experience
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
