Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location: Rochester, New York
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Start Date: May 12, 2026
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required
First Time Traveler: Accepted
Local Radius Requirement: Must live more than 75 miles away from the facility

Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialty in MS/Tele for a travel contract position. The role requires working night shifts with floating responsibilities and weekend coverage every other weekend.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
TNCC
EFM
NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Tech Cert Verification - National
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement

Additional Notes

Candidates must be able to complete all required documentation and compliance requirements promptly.
Floating to other units may be required.
Prior travel experience is not required; first-time travelers are accepted.
Candidates must be outside a 75-mile radius from the facility location.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized MS/Tele nursing role with a reputable healthcare provider in Rochester, NY, on a 13-week travel contract.
