Job Opportunity: ICU RN Days

Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Day shift Registered Nurse for Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
  • Provide critical care nursing in a fast-paced ICU environment

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Kansas
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
  • BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • DCI/BVP certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding Requirements

  • Proof of all required immunizations and titers within the last 5 years where applicable
  • Driver’s license, state ID, or passport for identity verification
  • Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
  • Completion of orientation packet including essentials form and post-test
  • Prime agency attestation and exclusion list search completed prior to start
  • Signed job description within the last year

Notes

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
  • Facility-specific badge photo may be requested during onboarding
  • Some locations require declinations for vaccines to be accepted; check local requirements if applicable
