Job Description

• Extension request for a fully trained surgery professional.
• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician

Onboarding and Compliance

• Completion of facility-specific online training modules prior to start is mandatory. Modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome; cannot be completed on a phone.
• Modules include training videos and tests that cannot be skipped.
• Badge photo required prior to start for clearance (except X-Ray Techs and MRI Techs who pick up badges on first day).
• Physical exam and health documents must be current and compliant with facility requirements.
• All onboarding documents and certifications must be verified and uploaded as required.

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
