Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry (MS/Tele) care. This is a travel contract position requiring compliance with various credentialing, certification, and health documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Important Notes

• Candidates can start with fingerprinting results pending but must complete fingerprinting prior to start.
• Physical exam and eye exam do not need to be updated annually if currently on assignment without a break; gaps longer than 30 days require updated exams.
• Flu vaccine documentation must be current by November 30th for ongoing candidates; new candidates onboarded between November 30th and March 31st must also comply.
• Medical and religious exemptions for vaccines require agency approval and facility review.
• Candidates with name changes must have consistent legal names across all documentation.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
