Job Opportunity: RN Interventional Radiology
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 11 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Day/Mid shifts, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- On-call: Nights and weekends for emergency cases (2-3 times per week, rotating weekends)
- Specialty: Interventional Radiology / Cath Lab experience required
- Additional Experience: Basic critical care experience such as ER or ICU required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Cath Lab Technologist experience
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Completion of workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)
Onboarding & Compliance Requirements
- Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport
- Updated professional resume reflecting recent work history
- Two professional references (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)
- COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses plus booster) or completed declination
- Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Tdap
- TB test within one year of start date
- Annual respirator fit test completed prior to start
- National criminal background check within one year of start date
- Physical/health statement confirming clearance to work (completed annually)
- Completion of core competencies exam (minimum 80%)
- Skills checklist completion required
- Professional license verification with primary source verification within 30 days of start
- Badge photo (clear headshot) for facility ID
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
- Signed current job description
- Workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)
