Description

Job Opportunity: RN Charge Nurse

Location: Lynwood, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description

  • Serve as RN Charge Nurse for Labor & Delivery (L&D)
  • Must have experience in both L&D and charge nurse responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross

Education

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery (L&D) nursing experience, with recent L&D experience within the last year
  • Prior experience in charge nurse roles

Training & Compliance

  • Completion of workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)

Additional Notes

  • Orientation paperwork provided on first scheduled shift
  • Some credentials and tests must be uploaded prior to onboarding
  • Name affidavit required if there are discrepancies between credentials

This position is ideal for experienced L&D nurses with charge nurse background seeking a 13-week assignment in California.
