Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Warsaw, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health physical therapy.
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required.
Business casual or solid color scrubs are permitted.
Local candidates are allowed at the same rate.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience within the last year
Experience in a home health setting
Experience with OASIS documentation
