Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

Location

  • Dyersburg, Tennessee

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Travel/Contract
  • Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (17:45 - 06:15)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Workload: 36 hours per week
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
  • Perform intubation and arterial blood gas (ABG) puncture and analysis
  • Work in a busy Respiratory Therapy department
  • Must have recent experience (within the last 12 months) with Epic electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Tennessee
  • Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
  • Certifications required:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
