Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Days)
Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide professional and clinical occupational therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May float within the occupational therapy discipline across local campuses.
- Work schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 36-40 hours per week (OT billable after 40 hours).
- Orientation occurs every Monday.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa.
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of at least 1 prior travel contract.
Additional Information
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Call back and holiday pay multipliers apply (details not included here).
- Company car issued for travel.
Shift Details
- Dayshift, 8 hours per day.
