Description
Job Opportunity: RN PCU
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Every other weekend, no call required
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner OneChart
Uniform: Blue scrubs required
Floating: May be required to float to similar units on the same or different campus within Wichita
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kansas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with PCU experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- MOAB Moderate Risk De-Escalation Training
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Notes
- Driver’s license or state ID must be current, show front and back, and address must match licensing requirements for compact states if applicable
- Candidates should be prepared to float to like units on the same or other campuses within Wichita
- No prior travel experience is explicitly required for this position
