Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
• Current certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID must be carried during hours of service
• E-Verify proof or attestation required
• Various competency exams and pass/fail testing (medication, arrhythmia) as applicable
• Orientation and facility-specific documents must be reviewed and acknowledged prior to start
• Facility accepts flu and COVID declinations on a case-by-case basis
• Must adhere to facility’s COVID and flu vaccination policies and complete related documentation if declining vaccines

Work Environment

• Smoke-free campus
• No tattoos visible above the neck unless covered if deemed inappropriate
• Night shift with rotating weekends
• No floating outside scope of practice
